“The room was clean but extremely overpriced. The home and property were unkept, with high grass, poor parking, and a rickety staircase to the room. Maybe I didn't understand the term studio, but in my opinion, this is a $30 room. It certainly shouldn’t be priced comparable to local motel rates. Once we saw the room in person we decided not to stay.
