The apartment was perfect, communication was always prompt and helpful, and I was able walk everywhere I needed to go, which helped me appreciate Sioux Falls’ vibrancy and growing food and wine scene. “This place has a lot of potential to be cute and clean. However, it has rats and millipedes…To make it brief - the flooring had holes in it which were covered over with throw rugs. The floor was slippery and dirty upon arrival and moldy bread was in the cupboard as well. Bathroom sink was dirty. While I could have overlooked these things, then the door lock stopped working and my husband tried for an hour to troubleshoot it. The host did respond and sent someone late in the day to install a new……

“Great location, easy walk to stuff. Bed was very comfy. Clean room but the whole building has an old smell to it so the room would be fit from an air filter. Got warm in the room even though we had the fan and ac on. Thermostat never went below 74. Overall good stay!”

“There wasn’t a working coffee pot. The clocks were set to the wrong time and all of the soap and shampoo was watered down. ”

“Our rental car didn't work out, but the central location made it easy to walk to food and museums. We never really needed a car there.the place was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for the family. the kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. ”
