“People were pleasant, a new employee couldn’t answer much for us. The property owner charges a $10 a night fee to park in the parking lot on the hotel property. It’s not mentioned on Expedia or added into the nightly bill. It’s taken out of the card you give them for incidentals. Upon checking out I mentioned it and discussed it with the lady at the desk. She did end up waving it. I have never paid for parking in a hotel’s parking lot. Especially a holiday inn express. I was very……

“There were bugs in the room so we didn't want to eat breakfast there.”

“Loved the coffee machine and friendly staff”

“Good”

“U get what u pay for with this one. It’s literally just somewhere to stay while i work in the area.”

“rooms have been renovated, clean, comfortable beds. Only negative was the refrigerator was too large for the cabinet, and the door didn't fully close unless you tilted the fridge. I also left the cabinet door ajar a bit to ventilate the unit. Otherwise, great stay”

“I was there for a concert. It was very helpful they offered a shuttle to and from the Casino, the driver was great. All the staff were helpful and friendly and I would definitely stay there again.”

“nothing to comment about...we slept....we got dressed....and left....”

“.”

“GROSS! Very little choices around but rather drive 1 hour away than stay here. Room was dirty and old. Only decent thing was the TV. What a disgrace to this chain.”

“It was an awful experience”

“Staff was very nice. Room actually had a semblance of elegance. For a highway hotel, perfectly good.”
