“Requested pet friendly room. Received msg the day before requesting i ensure I selected pet friendly room. I responded to verify, no response. We were driving in from 14 hrs away. I call in route, was given the wrong reservation information and told no room for the night at all. Got that resolved. Get to hotel, lots of people just hanging out in parking lot and vehicles to smoke. Went to door closest to room, should have needed a keycard to open but it's been pride ooen so many times that it……

“The front desk receptionist was really nice. Our room was clean. Walking in the hotel you could smell how clwan it was. I'll definitely be back!”

“I am surprised Hilton would put their name on a hotel of this quality. It was barely adequate with so many negatives. First, no closet or dresser in the room. Hang your clothes on hooks like Little House on the Prarie. There were hangers on a bar, just out in the room. There was a bench with an open shelf beneath it for anything you would normally put in a drawer. No drawers to be had. There was no ice bucket in the room, apparently they're stored at the ice machine but not at the machine on our……

“Check in was easy and staff was polite. Noisy at night and early in the morning. No batteries in smoke detector.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this Hampton Inn! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had such a cozy, homey atmosphere from the moment we walked in. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything was well-maintained throughout our stay. We were in town visiting my husband's hometown, and this was the perfect place to stay. We'd definitely choose this hotel again the next time we're in the area!”

“Close to downtown Marshall, Mi. About 10 minutes from Firekkeeper's Casino and Hotel. Enjoyed delicious lunch at historic Win Schuler's restaurant which I highly recommend for lunch or dinner. We did not stay for complimentary bteakfast. Room very clean but felt only 2 washcloths inadequate for two persons in the room.”

“My room was very spacious and functional. Lots of hot water, TV worked fine. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The staff was very efficient and helpful. Shout out to Renee on the desk as being exceptionally helpful. Only negative is that the WIFI was intermittent at best and very slow.”
