“I reserved at private room w/ bath at this hotel because very close to airport and free shuttle for my early flight the in morning. When I arrived, the only room was a shared bath with a family. Yes, they provided a room at another of their hotels, but it was farther away and I had to pay for my transport to the airport. The staff at their other hotel were very nice, but the room and location not so great. No hot water, nothing close by to walk to.”
