"Good, solid hotel experience in Guatemala City. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and spacious. The included breakfast buffet is a nice touch. The room came with two complimentary bottles of water when I arrived. The rooftop hot tub looks inviting, although I didn’t get the chance to use it. The hotel floors and rooms require a key card to activate elevator access, which makes it feel safe. Overall, it’s a good choice based on the price and location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would stay again. Forgot to mention, the area nearby can be noisy in the evening as there are clubs, bars and entertainment venues nearby. I don't mind noise, so it is not a problem for me. But if you are a light sleeper, this might be an issue. "

"Clean room. We had an updated room which was complete with amenities. For us the beds were a bit firm. But if that’s what you like, it’s right for you. The breakfast offerings were different both days we went so that made me happy! Our only complaint was the shower head. It is one of those square ones above your head and the water seemed to go in every direction, in a thin stream on this one, in room 431\. We had kind and helpful staff at the desk. We were not able to check in early but we could leave our bags and they were brought to our room as soon as we arrived for check in. "
