“On r we arrived and entered , from that point on it was not possible to lock the door. The sink drain had a serious drain problem. The coffee maker didn’t work. The overhead light and fan were both on one switch therefore could not be operated separately.”

“i and my husband stay at beautiful house on the Norman Lake. it was clean and upscaled suite with super comfortable king adjustable bed. we spend a.lot of time on luxury dock, kayaking, fishing, swimming and relaxing. the lake access and view was amazing. strongly recommend.”

“Our room was well stocked and clean and the staff was helpful and accommodating. We were traveling with a pet and there was a pet play area and toileting supplies in a shady area with a bench handy for outdoor needs! Breakfast was fresh and diverse in offerings. We enjoyed and appreciated our stay.”

“Bed was extremely unfortunate, curtain pull was off the rod and stuck in the cabinet, door was coming off the hinges. Topping is coming off the bricks under the canopy in the front. Booked for 2 days, after returning from appointments key cards wouldn't work. Went to the front desk which was left unattended, had to search for someone to re program them. Probably will pass on another stay at this location.”
