“Very nice property. Conveniently located. Dining options nearby. Room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Wi-fi was a bit slow.”

“Overall the stay was decent. Room entry is outside, which was sketchy for a woman and young child. No elevator, so if you cannot take stairs, make sure to get first floor. It is very close to the highway and our door did not have stripping, so sounds and light poured in. Both the kitchen sink and the shower hardware need attention - sink faucet was comically loose and the shower was so weak I thought I'd never get the shampoo out of my hair. “Checked in late, paid online gave id and card, she ran card again, then came to my room at 2:47 am walked in saying it didn’t work but charges twice were already pending. But she ran it again for a third pending full room amount. Then again at 9am house keeping was trying to come in without even knocking. During check out the new desk service worker was wonderful I told her about all the extra pending charges and she handled it for me. I explained how crazy it was the girl coming to the room at……

“I was checked into an already occupied room when i returned to the front desk to let them know they made me wait while they argued with the cleaning lady then hinted that I would have to wait till the room was clean I had to tell them either check me into a different room or give me a refund to which magically got me checked into a new clean room”
