"The house was a perfect location for what I needed it for. There is plenty of plates, utensils, glasses and cups. Pans and spatulas. As for how clean the place is, it could be better. The worse was when I stripped the bedding and a clean fitted sheet was on top of a dirty fitted sheet. (Pubic hairs and who knows what else). So, why was I stripping the bed? You are asked to wash the sheets and have them in the dryer before leaving. I did send a list of things to Barbara that needs fixing. I wish I could say I would return, but I don't believe I will after the sheet incident. "

"I only wish we could have stayed longer! This home was perfect for us. The location is centrally located between Sumter Landing and Brownwood Market Squares. We had a blast exploring everything on the included golf cart. The neighborhood is serene and the neighbors are friendly. We enjoyed our morning Keurig coffee on the enclosed patio. There is a regular drip coffee pot if that is your preference. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable. There were extra blankets and pillows available. The bathroom towels were big and fluffy. I appreciated having a blow dryer too. Remember to bring body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. There was plenty of liquid hand soap at every sink. Self check in and out was a breeze with clear instructions. Don and Lynn made sure contact with them was readily available. However, except for checking in and out we never needed anything! Any information we needed was already included in prior communications or in the handy information binder within the home. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our experience staying at Don and Lynn’s home. This was our first experience at The Villages but hopefully not our last!"

"Excellent villa at the Villages! Central to wherever you need to go. Property is clean, nice and perfect to come and go as you stay at the villlages. We had everything we needed. We just stocked from Publix for our stay. Bed is very comfortable!! "

"This house was perfect for us and our dog. Best equipped rental we have ever stayed in. We loved the location and the golf cart allows easy access to many areas. Very quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors. Would 100% stay here again and recommend friends and family to stay here too."
