"Martha has an adorable home. If you need a close place to sleep near USC, this is it! Affordable bedroom and bathroom in quiet, safe neighborhood. I enjoyed a walk in the neighborhood, sitting on the front porch looking at birds enjoying the feeders, and her plants. Tastefully decorated. 10 min drive to our daughter’s dorm. We’ll definitely be back!"

"For a long term stay,bring everything you'll have at home. There 3 weekends and only saw housekeeping once. Other than me going out to buy stuff such as broom,mop, cleaning things the unit was everything i needed it be. I just treted it like it was my own one bedroom apartment that doesnt come with housekeeping. "
