Staff was super friendly, we showed up and got upgraded from a king room to a king suite for free. Had an issue with are fins and the staff walked with us to ensure they were fixed. The casino is awesome being attached to the hotel. We always stay at the delta and will continue for many years.
I was greeted by very friendly staff upon checking in, that was genuinely interested about my well being, and getting to know me
Front desk staff were excellent. Hotel nicely renovated. Nice upgrades. Breakfast nothing special (usual continental breakfast). Housekeeping could pay a little closer attention when cleaning (found a French fry on the floor in our bedroom and didn’t have any fries during our stay). Overall though ...
Great stay and great staff Always treated well Everything you need is on site
We were given a late check-out when asked for it. Over all the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Well thought out Spa. Staff was more than friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was perfect and amenities were superb. Lovely place for a romantic getaway, a retreat and just for relaxation.
