Thompson RV Parks 2026

"We checked in at about almost 9pm on a Saturday night having to travel for a volleyball tournament. We live an hour and a half away and this was the most reasonably priced hotel available. After we almost put our 3 year old down for bed we noticed a small bug on the bed after already checking for bed bugs. We werent 100% percent sure at that moment but still requested a different room. We went to the next room which smelled like an Ozone machine, it was so strong my toddler couldnt stop coughing. As we checked to make sure AGAIN that there wasn’t any bed bugs, we finally laid down for bed. I start to doze off and noticed something crawl on my arm and to my freak out and discovery it was 1000% A BED BUG ON ME!! We packed our bags and just went home at that point it was midnight, didn’t get home til almost 3am while also having to worry if we took any of the BED BUGS home with us. I don’t write reviews but I figured this one would be one that people should know about. Manager is suppose to call me about my refund and that has yet to happen. I am hopeful maybe someone of importance will see this and get the issue taken care of there. But we, unfortunately, will not be back to find out either way. "

"Clean, shower was great, friendly desk service, quiet, gym was ok, breakfast good, room lighting was a little dim, but overall, wonderful! Thank you! Hope to stay here again."

"It smelled like roaches, crack, and old carpet! I found USED linen underneath my mattress. I only stayed a few hours. As soon as midnight hit I left and went to another hotel! I wasn’t even concerned with the money I wasted."

"Rooms need to be updated but still very nice, great breakfast. Rooms run hot so have to use air conditioner"

"Our room was quite small. The pool was cold and the hot tub is permanently closed. Disappointing since it was spring break & the entire reason for booking was for those amenities. "
