“Just too many things from the start.construction everywhere at hotel and no heads up and still paid $182 which was crazy.huge hole in baseboard, showers were dirty smelly microwave,tv wasn't working well..just was tired that day and it made the day worse.defintely did not sleep well since my door entrance was a bit sketchy and huge gap on door”

“It was our first time traveling for Thanksgiving but we had to, to meet our very first granddaughter! Thembi's home was awesome and she was very responsive to any questions we had. Both indoor and outdoor living spaces were exceptionally clean and well cared for. We will be traveling to the Thousand Oaks area quite a bit now that we have a granddaughter to spoil, and we will definitely use this home again. Thank you Thembi!”
