“very good”

“Its quiet so you can get a good night sleep. They must have had but customers before because the bathroom didn't have a door for the shower just the tracks were there and a curtain that flaps while you shower makes for a poor shower experience. But staff is friendly and professional. So, you gotta take the good with the bad.”

“A must stay in Thousand Oaks! Pictures don’t give the views justice. Amazing views of the mountains, perfect size for families and easy access to freeways and local grocery and food options. Would 1000% recommend and stay again next time in southern cal.”

“Great stay at a great location and neighborhood was amazing as well.”

“Stayed here after long drive before visit to Reagan Presidential Library. Perfect place to relax, enjoyed outdoor backyard space (table tennis, corn hole games, hot tub, ample comfy seating) Kitchen has basic equipment. Beds were very comfortable. Driveway parking most welcome after long day on the road.”

“Host was welcoming and responsive. The home looked just like the pictures and had everything we needed.”

“Loved the property, great outdoor hangout spot enjoyed morning and evening. Plenty of room for two couples and one kiddo. Could have easily fit two more kids. Loved the bottle of wine with the welcome. Thanks for our stay!”

“Edan was a great host. Helpful and friendly. Very cozy nice place. The stairs were a little steep and unexpected, but everything else was great.”

“The house definitely has a great view and convenience location. The host was very welcoming and communicative so that's a plus. I did feel that the house could have been cleaner and a bit more updated for the price. Also, the back deck did not feel safe so I didn't let my kids go outside too much. ”

“What a beautiful, and relaxing retreat. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the Malibu area.”
