"The hot tub needs some work, the jets dont work properly and it smells like well water or like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The breakfast did not have much choices for hot breakfast. Beds were clean and soft I'll give you that."

"Srey was an excellent host. Great communication providing helpful information regarding Sequoia National Park and Three Rivers. The river surrounding the property was as we hoped. Watching the sunset on the mountains the first evening a bonus. The cabin was clean and cozy."

"Fabulous. Caravan was spotless and very well equipped. Simple but very good quality eat-in or takeaway (incl bar) options. Although we didn't have time, each Airstream caravan had a private outdoor fire / seating area. Excellent aircon / heating. "

"The place is in terrible disrepair. Someone is probably going to get injured on that deck or the broken railing to the loft. However it was a really nice location. It wasn't all bad but it is pretty expensive for what you get."

"Super unique accommodation - sadly had to cut my stay short given that i forgot my dogs medication but i plan to rebook! The tent stay was fabulous and nothing like the sound of a rushing river to put you to sleep! Just a really special nature-driven stay!"

"The property was beautiful. Lush and green, there were even swings which I love in the playground! It is definitely pet friendly and the pet fee is very reasonable. We parked right outside of our little cottage and then took a walk down to the river, not far from the property. Would definitely stay here again."
