“There was nothing that was good about the property. My phone in my room did not work. It was dead. I had to call the main desk through my cell phone. I called them a couple times to fix my phone, but it was not done. There were screaming kids running down the corridors at 10 at night. I had to ask the main desk to complain about them and to shut the kids down. I had no Internet I had no Wi-Fi so yes, there was no tv control. I had to ask for it They had to go look for a remote for me . After……

“The room was excellent. Really clean. The outside area by the trash compactor was dirty”

“The room had a weird unpleasant smell. Only stayed a night, and my son and I a woke up with irritated throat and headache. The hotel then charged me unjust incidental fee for the unpleasant, that after I reached out to them, the property manager said will be reversed, but that still have not been done. I wish it was communicated to me, that they will charge me, then I would have explained that the smell in the room was there when we arrived. We did not had good experience when saying there.”
