“As we first walked in, it was amazing, the atmosphere and the environment was great, very helpful staff and very friendly, restaurants, the beach and bakeries are all walking distance, will stay here again for sure. Take note that parking was a bit of a challenge I will not rent a car next time”

“Mi experiencia fue terrible. Está vivienda no fue x lo q yo pagué. Me enviaron para otra vivienda la cual estaba en muy malas condiciones. Sin aire acondicionado en una de las habitaciones, el sillón cama asqueroso y roto. Servicio de limpieza terrible se les notificó lo ocurrido y no nos ayudaron en nada. Uno de los del personal de mantenimiento fue a la propiedad y según el, el sillón aunque estuviera roto se podía usar y para el no estaba sucio cuando estaba asqueroso. Experiencia mala, mala,……

“I booked this room as my layover was in PR. I called to make sure that they knew I’ll be coming in for a late checkout but when I called the lady was rude. Then proceeded to tell me that she won’t be able to accommodate my stay because of the water shortage. I requested a refund and they Denied it and kept all of my money. Keep in mind I was only going to be in the room for less than 5hrs. Not at all professional. If I could give 0 stars I would!”

“It was a comfy rural atmosphere that I enjoyed. I though the room was small at first but quickly grew comfortable in the space. Staff is really nice and friendly, the place is very well centered for beach, nightlife, or even if you just want to relax. For the price it is a very good choice for stay”

“Se reservó un sitio y nos enviaron a otro porque no habían habitaciones después que se pagó. Piso sucio se sentía en los pies, pelos en las toallas. No había agua caliente, el aire estaba pegado a la cama literalmente y te daba directamente en los pies. Terrible”

“The property was very beautiful and modern. The units we stayed in were spacious, comfortable, and clean. It’s located in a gated neighborhood with a guard to enter so we felt safe. The staff were kind and friendly. Any issue we had, they were attentive and accommodating.”

“We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary, and overall we had a good experience. The room was nice and comfortable, although a few things could have been better. There was no hand soap provided, and the bathtub could have been cleaner. We also discovered that the bed was broken, but the staff responded quickly and repaired it right away, which we really appreciated. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and had a nice anniversary getaway.”
