“This was our second time staying at the ESJ Towers. The first visit was amazing, the second even better. The easy access to the beach, friendly staff, and central location to all the San Juan area has to offer makes this an amazing place to stay.
The property is under going renovations that will only make the property more inviting for future visits. ”

“Excellent location. Clean and organized. The only difficulty is the parking as the building does not own a parking lot. Not recommended for people with disabilities, apartment is on top floor with no elevator. ”

“Overall a great stay, very conveniently located and fully equipped. There were some technical difficulties with check-in. Just make sure to call Otium for room details even if you perform the online check-in. Since these are apartmentments, you need the room number and code to get in, otherwise check in is a pain, but the room was clean spacious and very organized. The apartments overlook the ocean or the views of the bay and the city. Very well equipped and Otium responds very quickly……
