"An older property, but very clean and well maintained. An expansion of the breakfast room and offering would be awesome, but there was enough that you wouldn't go hungry We were very pleased eith the area and everything. Will stsy ahain if in the area."

"This was a great spot. Possibly the best I’ve been to in the UP. Friendly staff and very well maintained. The owners obviously care about the hotel. Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever visiting the area. A little higher priced than other hotels in the area but well worth it."

"The hotel has a resturant that is open for breakfast. Lunch and dinner. The wall paper was being in our room, and in hallways. It was basically clean. Dinner staff were nice."

"We had a great stay. The rooms were well kept and the hallways smelled clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We saw a lot of people coming in and out at breakfast, but it remained a quiet atmosphere. Great location for food and shopping - both in walking distance. Nice workout room and hot tub. Would stay again!"
Waterfront sandy beach access

"A beautiful and tastefully decorated house on lovely Lake Roland. Very comfortable for several adults or two to three families with plenty of space. The kitchen had everything that you need. Easy access to the lake. Communication with the host is very easy and check in-check out process go smoothly. Plenty of parking for several cars. Enjoyed many great swims and relaxing by the fire pit. Would love to stay again in this beautiful home."

"This property is beautiful. The lake is very nice, having kayaks for use was a huge plus. The two houses made it nice to spread out for some quiet. Very clean and well stocked. Amazing views. Our only critique would be that 2 of the listed bedrooms are not really bedrooms. But we made due with a smaller group than we originally planned so no complaints from us."
