“The property is an old (Centennial Building) storefront that has had a kitchen and bedrooms added within it. The floor is, understandably, uneven in spots and creeks when walked upon. The bedrooms were tastefully decorated, with platform and mattress beds, that are fairly comfortable. The kitchen was decently stocked with utensils and cookware, but there was evidence of a lack of attention by the cleaning crew. “We enjoyed our stay here for Husky graduation weekend. It's an easy 10 minute drive from downtown or campus, in the quiet town of South Range. There are 2 friendly bars with food, and an excellent breakfast/lunch restaurant within walkin distance. I would stay again. ”

“It is not a great first impression as there are empty storefronts in the building, and there was a bike parked right in the way when we first walked in the front door. BUT, it is a very good value. We visited our son for Parent's Weekend at MTU and did not want to pay the high hotel prices. This property is clean and had what we needed. ”
