"The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient. However, the room felt quite small for two people (one adult and one child). One downside was the elevator situation. Between 9:00–10:00 AM, the elevators were extremely busy, resulting in long wait times. At night, it was even worse. Noise was another issue. Almost every night, we could hear police cars and ambulance sirens, which made it difficult to rest. I suppose this is one of the drawbacks of staying in the heart of the red-light district, where there are many bars surrounding the hotel. The neighborhood also felt less appealing in the early morning. Around 8:00 AM, when walking to the nearby 7-Eleven for breakfast, we often saw trash scattered along the streets while sanitation workers were busy cleaning up from the night before. The laundry facilities were another inconvenience. There is only one washer and one dryer available on the 28th floor, and the wait time was very long. The dryer was not very effective either—it took about two hours to dry our load, and the clothes were still only about 85% dry afterward. Overall, we had a good experience, mainly because of the hotel's great location. However, I would recommend it more for solo travelers or couples without children, especially if you do not plan to use the laundry facilities."

"The location was excellent, very close to the subway station. Good blackout curtains for blocking light and minimal sound that could be heard from the outside streets. The staff and amenities were good as well. The one thing is that the room bed frame was a bit dusty, which could be cleaned a bit better."

"Location was perfect right across from the park! Super walkable to most places in Shinjuku, but also in a quiet area so it was the perfect mix of nightlife / shopping / relaxing. Room was extremely small, but that’s to be expected. Bar, restaurants, and cafe on site was perfect, and delicious!"

"This is a beautiful hotel, very clean with comfortable but reasonably firm beds. The standard rooms are quite small and would be a challenge with two people. It was not possible to have a suitcase left open because of the width of the hallway and limited space around the bed, but it was lovely to have a balcony overlooking the park and I would happily stay here again as a solo traveler. It was reasonably quiet considering the location and good for sleeping at night although I did use earplugs because of roadworks outside on the first night. The staff were efficient but not overly friendly or helpful. The cafe and restaurant on site had limited hours so I did not use them, and the rooftop terrace was closed at the time of my stay because of the typhoon. The onsen was lovely and well maintained and the gym was basic but clean. It could benefit from more equipment or weights. The location of the hotel right next door to a train station was good even though it’s not on the main line. Please be aware though that the entrance to the train station right next to the hotel has stairs which made it difficult with luggage. If you take exit A2 to the stadium side, you can get an elevator and then cross the road."
