Staff were very friendly and tried to help in any way they could. There is a convenient cafe within the hotel for drinks, as well as vending machines. I really appreciated the water dispenser in the lobby.
Great location for the price, and good amenities, including the ground-floor laundry room. Staff are friendly and helpful. As you'd expect, the rooms are small, but perfectly usable.
It did seem like space could have been used better: for example, there was room for another towel rail in the bathroom, and better places to install an extra power point in the room than behind one of the pillows on the bed. Similarly, the cafe/tea room area on the ground floor seemed underused and unknown to many guests, but was actually a nice place to chill out inside without being in your room.
I am always amazed how everything fits in a tiny Space in order to find everything you need for a great stay! The common area (including fridge, microwave oven, tea, fresh water, …) is very convenient.
Moreover, this place has an excellent location in Asakusa
The staff were really friendly. They kept our luggage for about a week so we can tour other cities Japan. Train stations were a little far but its okay. Don't mind walking. Close to markets and temples
Clean quiet neighborhood. Our room was clean and had great beds as well as a huge shower. The Staff were wonderful too. Even with the language barrier (we didn’t speak the language of the country) they were extremely friendly and helpful. We had interaction with two different desks staff persons and they truly helped us navigate our needs. Especially with checking out and getting to the airport to catch our flight back to the United States.

Hospitality and amenities need improvement. Very far from the station.
The room was so cool and refreshing on a very hot day. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure and temperature was good. There is a shared kitchen and laundry on 2F, our room was 3F, only stairs, no elevator, but we packed light so that was not an issue for us. Just right for our 2 night stay.
The place is nothing as advertised, was so disappointed cancelled and moved out the very next morning. I had 4 rooms booked.
The place is very dangerous for seniors,
