Topock Condominium Resorts to Rent

We were on a road trip to Arizona for the holidays and came across this hotel. The winter rates were great, as well as the customer service, bar, etc. Would be so fun in the summer with the pool, huge bar and marina. Beautiful views from the rooms which were huge and very clean with lots of amenities.

Well cared for, friendly, good price/features

The location of the property was very convenient. Lots of places to walk to and close to the lake. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Only complaint is you can hear cars at all hours because it’s close to busy street.

It is an older property. But it is very clean, the staff are supurb and you are close to fuel and food. Beds are comfortable and theres hot water for days

Hotel sent a message asking the occasion. We simply replied and said we were getting married. They had champagne and rose pedals waiting for us!!!

I’ve been staying at the Landing for little over a year now. Awesome service and great staff. Even on busy holiday weeks the areas are kept up pretty clean and makes your weekend easy and enjoyable

I liked the way Isaiah was very courteous , knowledgeable and polite seems like a good guy and was willing to let me park my trailer in view from my room as it is open . Great guy ! Thank you

Prime location.

is located in a good area

Easy to park, close to the park trail/river walk. Newer hotel so very modern and clean. Staff was on top of their game.

We enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and our room was nice! We would definitely recommend staying here! ❤️

Had a great time, room was comfortable and came with the most convivent little kitchenette. Also complimentary breakfast every morning. Definitely would stay again!

Heidi at the front desk is wonderful. She makes you feel welcome and makes check in easy. I stay here when in town and the Italian restaurant behind them is a short walk for amazing food.

Pleasant stay, well managed. Staff was prompt and friendly available to help with any concerns. Rooms clean, bed comforting plenty of space and comfort.

Excellent check-in service. Property seems clean but worn.

I'm very happy with this motel. Needles is a small town of around 5000 residents. Towns of this size tend to have friendly people and the Quality Inn staff reflected that. The restaurants in the area were limited but adequate. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is well maintained and kept clean. The free breakfast was excellent! Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and so much to choose from. Watch out for gas prices in Needles at $6.69 per gallon - ouch! Better...
