It was comfortable and a convenient location. We didn’t use parking, but there was an assigned spot available to use. There is a grocery store within easy walking distance. They desperately need better lighting in both bedrooms - we had to move the living room lamp into the smaller bedroom if we would have been in darkness once daylight was done. Also, for those who live places (like BC) where garbage chutes are almost never seen, there is one on the floor.

The room was lovely and the location ideal. The administrative side of it was terrible. Even though we had paid long in advance, we couldn't get in. They didn't send access information until we were en route then they wanted us to print and fill in more forms, send copies of IDs, pay an additional security deposit fee without a usable secure site. The staff on site in the building were rude and unhelpful. It took 4 days before we could access the promised free parking space. They would only ever let us have one key - given that the suite had 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - plenty for 4 people - it made life very difficult. We had to keep messaging each other to find out when we could coordinate getting in and out. We only had 2 people in this large suite but we were charged $180 for an "extra" person. The suite was very well equipped and stocked but there were no instructions with anything, making it difficult to use the stove, microwave, washer, internet, etc.

When my stay ended Globalstay asked me to review the condo I stayed in. I reported that the showerhead in the ensuite bathroom was defective and needed to be replaced. The company then charged me $100 to replace the showerhead saying that I had torn it apart. I did not damage this showerhead or any part of the condo and I believe, based on other reviews I have now looked at, that booking this unit was a mistake.

High marks for being super clean and well equipped with all. Check in was 45 minutes on the phone with multiple emails sent to me that did not open. Jane who did help me was excellent, but, unravelling what seemed to be computer glitches at host’s end was cumbersome and long. Elevators will not work without key fob, so getting up to the open room was hampered. Instruction for leaving was to leave key fob on table, but elevators then also do not work without a fob to go down to garage; had to wait for someone with a fob to come along. The premises itself on 23rd floor was excellent. If host could fix/refine the check in process, plus come up with way to better manage movement on elevators upon arrival and departure without key fob, this would make this excellent.
