"We’ve stayed at many Fairmont Hotels & Resorts properties across Canada, and overall our stay here was very pleasant. The staff throughout the hotel was truly amazing — very attentive, professional, and always willing to help. The bellmen team especially stood out for their kindness and excellent service.
Our room had an incredible view, and the floor/location we were assigned made the experience even more enjoyable. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained.
As a positive suggestion for improvement, we felt the breakfast selection at the Fairmont Gold lounge could offer a bit more variety. The desserts were good overall — around a 7/10 in our opinion — and the snack hour was decent as well, not extraordinary, but still enjoyable.
This has not been our favorite Fairmont property so far, but we still had a very good experience and truly appreciated the hospitality and service from the entire team."
