- Mattress quality was really mediocre, way too soft, same with the pillows. Difficult to sleep well after a day of skiing.
- The younger woman at the reception desk was unfriendly and made it difficult to use the steam bath saying it was full when it wasn't. "

The green line bus stop is about a 30 second walk, while the heart of downtown is located a couple of minutes from this hotel. The rooms were clean and my hostel bed was configured in such a way that it was very private. I would stay here again!"
"we had a very nice large room on the top floor with amazing views of the Matterhorn. The pool was very nice and had special jets that helped ease our muscles after a long day of hiking. The hotel was just far enough off the main strip we didn’t hear the all the noise of any late night activities but still close enough we could walk to all shops and restaurants.
