"This was a mother - daughter beach trip. The place was absolutely perfect. I loved the gated community and the proximity to the beach, pier, harbor and shops. The place was spacious and comfortable. We had plenty of room/ storage for our things so we could really make it like home. I loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning. The pool, jacuzzi and gym are awesome amenities. Having an assigned spot in the parking garage really took the stress out of finding a parking spot. This place is really good for families: the host has really thought of everything you might need for the beach (chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys for the sand, and beach towels). There is a regular coffee pot and two frosting mugs in the freezer for beverages. There are also kid friendly dishes and a pack and play and more. Some others complained about the noise from the train , but it wasn’t issue for us. We definitely enjoyed our stay. "
