“Amazing 10/10 will happily stay again ”

“We have stayed in a number of different condos at North Coast Village as we go several times a year. While every unit is different and has its own set of pros and cons, this one did not match up with the average we have experienced over the last 10 years or so.Pros: hosts are friendly and even called to walk us through how to use the TVs, which did apparently have an issue with the cable and they resolved the same night. Beach equipment was a nice quality. For our family of 4, it was really……

“The unit that I am in does not have beachfront access. It is designated to the other units and it almost feels like you are disturbing their privacy when you walk back there so it’s not for everyone. The gate was locked and we were not given a gate code and had to hop the gate. We couldn’t get anyone on the phone and when we did, no one called us back for a long time. The fridge was broke and a few other things I can’t remember them all. The home was clean but the entire listing was false ”

“The condo was beautiful, and very well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing few days by the beach. The condo is on the beach and we enjoyed the balcony thoroughly, morning coffee watching the surfers, and sunsets in the evening. Entry instructions were easy to follow and having a garage was a plus. We would definitely reserve again. ”

“Beautiful location overall. Cheryl, the property manager is prompt, professional and great at her job. We had a fabulous trip. Quick walk to the beach, the property is gorgeous and clean. It was difficult to sleep as we had to keep the windows closed due to the Amtrak running. So it got warm, even with all the fans provided. The carpets are also really dingy and dirty looking. If those got ripped out, I would look at this rental again in a cooler season when I wouldn’t mind the windows closed. ”

“Really nice condo in a great resort with awesome views. Easy access to things in town and pretty private beaches. Condo had everything we needed except surf boards! Host is responsive and checkin is easy and parking is secure.”
