“Overall a great stay! We stayed during the record blizzard a week ago. We were due to check out on Monday and after packing up our stuff and trying to head out for a snowmobile ride it was clear we weren’t going anywhere! A quick call to the front desk and I was met with nothing but friendly helpfulness!!! All guests were already assumed to be staying and not checking out. “I rarely post reviews. I post maybe one review a year. I do so only when one of two things happens. 1) A business pi$$es me off so bad that I need to vent to recover from their gross incompetence.
