"Our cabin #65 has many carpenter bees buzzing and digging holes in the exterior wall near the deck, table and grill. It was impossible to use the desk and difficult to keep the bees out of the cabin. The inside swimming pool was not functional causing our daughter big disappointment. We were not notified of the swimming pool being out of service until just before our arrival to the resort. I asked Expedia and the resort for some type of credit or other compensation, but we were denied. This resort visit was not very good."

"The hotel and grounds are beautiful! We were only there for 1 night so not able to take advantage of all the amenities. The Front Desk clerk was new and did not provide all information about the property. The instructions on how to get to our room were incorrect. We decided to have a drink in the lounge and upon entering both staff members were fully engaged in their conversation. We asked if we could select our own area to sit and were told yes, but not in a friendly welcoming manner, more annoyed that we had interrupted their conversation. The level of Customer Service did not meet the level of the property or prices they charge. We were glad to have dinner at Marigold which was an incredible experience."

"Booking was very easy. Checking in was amazing, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff made my family feel welcome like we have been there before. The place and the room was immaculately clean. The pool area was immaculate clean. We didn’t have to worry about the safety leaving the pool area. My family and I enjoyed the hot breakfast. It was great for them to be away on spring break visiting family and enjoying themselves. We will definitely be returning shortly for another great experience and recommend to our family and friends to stay at this hotel."

"Ken and Julie's home was a perfect retreat for our family for spring break. The house was spacious and well stocked. It is a very short stroll to the water with a sandy shoreline area and a local playground, which was great having two young kids. And the neighborhood was peaceful with essentially no car traffic at all. We hope to be back next year. "

"The staff was helpful & patient. They invited us back again! The room was clean & nice. The very beautiful sliding "barn doors" for the bathroom would not stay shut for privacy, but that is the only thing bothersome. Thanks for a very pleasant stay!"
