“Enjoyable”

“this was the absolute best place to stay in memphis! it’s exactly as shown in the photos, but somehow better? the room’s flourishes were so thoughtful. we were greeted by squirrels in the morning. the hosts were communicative & the whole process was smooth! we will definitely stay here again! oh & the shower.. the water pressure is perfect & the shower gel/hair products smell divine!”

“This was my second state at the Peabody and I love this property for the elegance, excellent service, beautiful and spacious rooms. We had dinner and breakfast at Capriccio, drinks at the Lobby bar and of course, enjoyed the Duck Parade. A truly unique and wonderful property if you are visiting Memphis - and just around the corner from Beale Street.”

“Great location and parking. Staff was pleasant except in the restaurant where they seemed way too busy to be bothered by non-drinking customers. Also, temperature in the restaurant was frigid - so cold we got our food to go because it was so uncomfortable. TV was out during a storm - they should consider ditching satellite. ”

“Clean room, easy check in and out, friendly staff, the valet workers were amazing and didn’t get enough credit for handling such a busy day and night while we stayed! ”

“The staff was great! The hotel concept is very cool! Be prepared for possible noise overnight. Parking is self park and shard with the Amtrak station. Payment for parking was also a hassle. The room was well designed, not the cleanest (hair in the bathroom shower, etc). The bar had a good selection.”

“We chose the property based on the photos showing an eclectic design. Our room has an original brick wall and the dual windows were original bay style. I don't typically sit in a lobby but there's was so inviting we did and visited with the staff. The bar/coffee was also fun to visit with the staff! Very friendly and inviting! It is a corner location and on the third floor there was NO traffic noise. And no sirens during the night.”

“Great location, staff was very helpful - one night we were locked out of the parking lot because they lock the gate at a certain hour. However, the valet attendant recognized our car and opened the gate, so we didn't have to go all the way around the building. This was wonderful because I just had foot surgery and really didn't plan to have to walk a long distance. ”
