“The room was clean. However, the carpet felt dirty under my feet. The staff was nice. The breakfast was okay. There was not enough seating and it was extremely small for how crowded it was. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. I hardly slept. Hotel very outdated.”

“We liked the two bedroom suite option; However, I had reserved a mobility accessible two bedroom because my mother cannot get in and out of a full tub, but we were not given the mobility accessible suite and were too tired to work out something else. What made it worse for my mother was the elevator being out of order. We were told that the 2 bedroom suites were only on the 4th floor, so my mother had to climb the stairs to the floor.
