"Staff was super friendly. Room although fairly basic, was very clean. What you're paying for here is the overall property and amenities --- great breakfast, nice restaurant, thermally heated pools, cold pools, souvenir shop, clean shower & locker/bathroom facilities, very close to town and attractions, and an incredible view of the volcano. In short, I would stay here again for sure. Value for your money is really good."

"The food was delicious! Fresh fruit for breakfast every morning. The pineapple is excellent. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about any activities. Their responses and communication were prompt and friendly. "

"Hotel is perfect size with more than 8 hot spring pools at different temperatures. Breakfast was good with lots of vegetarian options. Ambience is awesome, green, natural and walkable. They only have one restaurant, the second one opens only on weekend."

"The pools and the area: amazing! the view from our room was breathtaking and unforgetable. I loved hight ceilings. Although, I was dissapointed by the hair dryer as it was really old and not a strong one. It was like somthing you would expect to see at a very cheap hotel. Also, the have a nice tradition of putting chocolate on the pillow before the bedtime, but they only put it 1 time out of our 3 nights. It is fine with me, it just the kids heard it and then they were a bit dissapointed. Also, they charged our aacount for extra 7$, which is nothing, but just weird as we didnt purchase or took anything from the bar. Overall it is good experience and the stuff was really good and helpful; at the front dest and at their sports/adventure area; very beautiful area. "

"Everything was amazing. From the lovely staff, to the cleanliness to the delicious breakfast; I would 100% recommend. They also give you the option to book different tours in La Fortuna through the hotel when you get there. I highly recommend the water rafting (action/adults)! Overall, a great experience and I would come again."

"The many hot and cool pools were always clean and never crowded . Staff were so helpful and friendly. Always leaving a special surprise in our rooms . The buffet breakfast had a large selection of western breakfast options as well as a Costa Rican option ."

"The stay was a highlight of COSTA RICA travel. This property gives you a chance to enjoy the combination of a wonderful hotel stay (with breakfast included) and hot springs. Take time and enjoy hot springs in combination with cold water swimming pools. You can spend 2-3 hours in the evening, and same time in the morning just after your breakfast. "
