"This property was well appointed, clean, comfortable and in the middle of all the locations we wanted to visit in the Highlands/Cashiers area. We primarily stay in rental properties when we travel. With this property, the owners thought of everything so I suspect they also travel and have a travelers perspective. Bottled water in the refrigerator, several types of coffee makers, large comfortable beds, strong WiFi, menus from local restaurants, all sorts of travel size items in the bathrooms...

"This little Villa is such a gem. We stayed one entire week here and didn’t want to come back home. The villa was so comfortable and the views are the best you’re gonna get. "This is a nice comfortable place to hang out. It is a bit out of the way but we like that. If you play golf I suppose this would be a great place to stay. "What place to kick back and enjoy the sound of the river wisking by and the crackiling of the great fireplace. We had a group of nine (over 60 in age each) that has gone over 30+ yrs for once a year long weekend trips to Blue Ridge Smokies. This stop was a great place for out group. House was plenty big enough. The owner and property helpers we quick to fix a couple of issues when we arrived. But overall, the old house did us well once we got used to the little qwerks all houses seem to have....

"When we arrived we noticed the exterior grounds needed attention. We had to contact the owners about no gas in the fireplace. We found two ticks and a dead cockroach. The ceiling fans were full of dust. The drywall joint tape was peeling from the walls. The ad claimed no pets allowed. We found animal toys in plain sight. This caused me to develop a sight sinus condition. We will never rent from them again. We should be reimbursed partial cost as we left a day early."

"Absolutley loved Kelly's cabin. Kelly has thought of everything!!! The cabin was very clean and beautifully decorated. I felt at home! The movie theater was a big hit with young and old.
