“This is a 5* experience in the Islamic quarter. Since it’s a renovated soap factory, every space is different, and it’s the luck of the draw if you get the owners suite (bro’s room) or a smaller room that requires contortions in the bathroom. But with a new elevator, everyone has access to the multiple common spaces. Freshly made breakfasts and dinners are shared around a large table where everyone plans their days events. Tours are suggested and guides are provided. Or you can sit in the main……

“Staff at time of my check in was very friendly and co-operative. Room is nice and clean, we have electric kettle in room but no tea, milk or coffee so please get your own tea bags or coffee sachet with you otherwise there is plenty available around there. Location is brilliant and very close to many city attractions, plenty of shopping around and metro station in nearby. Lot of local street food is there in that area. “- Great service before/during the stay & enthusiastic staffs, they tried to do their best to - Clean room with comfortable bed - Good location (near the metro station, restaurants, supermarket...etc) - Fantastic breakfast - the hotel offerred airport transfer service, with good car and enthusiastic driver -However, the soundproof should be improved. There are bars and at downstairs and open until 2 am. not recommend to stay here if hard to fall asleep”

“首先值得一提是hotel.com的客服是非常幫得上忙，因為我要預訂酒店的機場接送，他們可以幫我直接聯絡到酒店的負責人取得WhatsApp ，使我可以直接跟他們聯絡上，可以預訂得到機場接送。雖然最後機場接送方面有點小插曲，但最後亦都能成功往返。 酒店方面員工親切，特別是酒店的負責人都非常盡責，在這裏需要特別表揚，謝謝你送給我的甜品及早餐，很貼心的服務。 住宿方面算是舒適，大堂華麗，只是房間有點舊（是可以接受的），但整體都很整潔，服務員都非常有禮貌和殷勤，在頂樓的泳池很乾淨，泳池的服務員也足夠，不停會為客人服務，整體值9.5分。 酒店的四周圍環境好像正在開發中，晚上街道都很熱鬧，感覺安全”
