“Our stay went well, however after checkout we discovered one of our shirts was left at the hotel. Called front desk to ask if it had been reported/turned in and they stated they were “unable to check until the current occupant checked out”. I asked if the person responsible for cleaning room 303 on 6/10 reported any unattended items left and they said “they could find something and not say anything, best to call back on Monday” (almost a week after our stay).
