"The initial impression was fine once we got in. Owner sent access code before we got there, but I went to the side door instead of the front. It wasn’t obvious which one I should use. Driveway was SUPER steep. No parking on the street. The beds and bedrooms are not as advertised. They claimed 4 bedrooms, two queen beds and two double beds. There were actually 2 full beds and two twin beds. All the bedding was dirty. Floors in the bathrooms were dirty. Bed mattresses were SUPER cheap—thin. And...

"This was a great location walkable to everything. I loved looking at the Memphis bridge in the evening light show. But!!!! Blinds were broken alot of sunshine came in early morning. No Towels!!! Shower did not work!!! We had to take bird baths with the little tinkle of water that came through. We ended up getting the towels. Check in and finding the location was confusing. But the shower part was the only disappointment"

"We arrived at the apartments and the directions to get in the building were very confusing. Once we finally made our way in the whole place had a weird funky smell. Once we got off on our floor there was a water puddle in the middle of the floor, one section of the hall was under construction but had just been taped up with duct tape and a tarp.
