The property was tidy however the only tiny bathroom was not acceptable with black mold in the shower area and gross mold and residue around the drain. We had to clean the sink for an hour to get it acceptable to brush our teeth. The homeowner told us to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink!!!! It is walkable to just about everything you could possibly want to do in the area, including but not limited to: a nice beach with volleyball nets, many shops, MANY fine art galleries, food spots, dessert spots, walking trails, and more.
