“Two blocks from the beach. Great house with great space inside and out. The property Manager was very responsive. Great area close to the beach, restaurants, the Balboa Pier and Lido Village. We bought our dogs and there was plenty of space with an enclosed front patio and enclosed backyard. And there’s a supermarket one block away. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Stay was great. Loved the house and outdoor area. I left a “kindness stone” to the left of the chaises. I do this wherever I go. Maybe it’s a msg someone needs to hear. The driveway was too steep for me to use so we just parallel parked in front of driveway. I must say the climb down to Thousand Steps beach was easy peasy but coming up…ugh. Overall we loved it. “Pros: I very much enjoyed the location. It is walkable to just about everything you could possibly want to do in the area, including but not limited to: a nice beach with volleyball nets, many shops, MANY fine art galleries, food spots, dessert spots, walking trails, and more. The location feels generally very safe and although the parking was a bit tough to locate, no issues at all once I knew where to pull in. The check-in was well explained and very straightforward, simple to check out as……

“Everything was perfect for our stay. We’ve stayed plenty of times in San Clemente and this was our favorite rental. The location is awesome, easy to walk to the beach or to Del Mar. The like new beach chairs, umbrella and towels were great to have and made our beach days even better.Jen was very helpful upon checking in. We would definitely rent here again next time! Thank You! ”
