“Close to beach and shopping. Walking distance to almost everything we needed.”

“We stayed at this property hoping for a lovely week. The property was tidy however the only tiny bathroom was not acceptable with black mold in the shower area and gross mold and residue around the drain. We had to clean the sink for an hour to get it acceptable to brush our teeth. The homeowner told us to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink!!!! The bedroom furniture was garage sale quality, the mattress was fine. Kitchen nice but needed cleaning drawers. Cleaning crew left open condiments in……

“Ideal location for beach, restaurants, and shops. Home was clean, beds comfortable, water pressure great! The patio had the most beautiful view and we loved having the fire pit on and listening to the waves at night. Steps down to a beautiful cozy beach that was not overcrowded at all. Can’t wait to book this home again. Highly recommend!”

“I am so grateful we found this property. I rented it for my mom while she was visiting me after recently moving out of state and missing Newport Beach. Balboa Island was the perfect location for her because everything is so walkable and there is always something to do. Since she didn’t have a car, it could not have worked out better. “Pros: I very much enjoyed the location. It is walkable to just about everything you could possibly want to do in the area, including but not limited to: a nice beach with volleyball nets, many shops, MANY fine art galleries, food spots, dessert spots, walking trails, and more. The location feels generally very safe and although the parking was a bit tough to locate, no issues at all once I knew where to pull in.
