We had to go down the hall to the kitchen to throw away coffee cups. We weren't told we needed a pin to check in. We found out when we got there and called them. “Horrible experience. Microburst lost power in entire town. Young kid at front desk was left with no help. The Mgr never showed up to help. Was suppose to call a list of clients who left due to no power. Becky Hamilton General Mgr lied and said she was never told to call us all back. Being told Im getting credit but waiting to see if Mgr did what she advised or just tried to get me off the phone. Don't stay here. Stay in New Stanton which is 6 mins away and has several lovely hotels.”
