We had access to both the Burlington Bay and Superior Shores swimming amenities, but the Burlington Bay area was much cleaner and better kept. Room and beds were clean and comfy, view was beautiful. “Host communication was poor. Would send email stating a message was waiting. But when accessed no message was waiting. Both hot tubs did not work. Indoor pool was so cold you could not swim. Location did not have an outdoor pool as advertised. In my opinion, the advertisement was in accurate for the location we stayed at. We will never stay at this location again.”
