"What an amazing hotel, we had a two day stay in the Venetian Suite, a lovely room. Greyfriars is a beautiful hotel with a chilled vibe. On our second night, (after our wedding) we walked in and the staff had filled the suite with rose petals and some lovely chocolates. We live around 30 minutes away but will be staying again for a date night or two 😉"

"The building is beautiful, however the room itself was truly nothing special, the windows do not stay open and there is no air-conditioning so the room was unbearably hot all night. In the morning when I had a shower I had to pick between scorching or freezing and due to the hot room freezing was preferred. Overall, the main attraction to this hotel is the building being beautiful but I would be highly unlikely to stay again and would not recommend to my friends and family."

"I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean, and it had basic tea coffee, kettle, water and wash lotion etc. No lift, which i did find hard as i have health condition. The signage could be improved, as its not obvious that the lounge is the front door. The main sign for the hotel is in front of two grey doors, whuch apparently are for the laundry! I didn't have breakfast as didnt feel well. I would stay again, it was close to theatre. "
