“Staff was very helpful”

“This is a delightful little hotel and Tab, the manager, is the absolute best. Our rooms were comfy, we got snacks, and check in and check out were super easy. Tab was there to make sure that we got everything we needed and even let me stay a bit late because I had to take a call at noon. Highly recommend this little gem.”

“It's been a week and my security deposit has still not been returned, it was advertised through Expedia to be returned by noon the day of checkout, The pool was not usable and the continental breakfast was a small snack cake.”

“Had some delays at checkin. Room was not ready. Staff was young and unsure how to handle delay (laundry problem - they were waiting on clean fresh laundry) Person that came to room to make up the bed was apologetic. All staff were pleasant but seemed a little overwhelmed. Perhaps this is an isolated incident. The room was fine clean but a bit outdated. I would go back, there are not a lot of options right in Phillipsburgh. ”
