“staff great, had medical emergency and staff right there to help, but breakfast a little shaky”

“Everyone and everything was perfect. It was a busy weekend and lots of things and packed place going on. Staff did excellent job and we were in our room super fast. It was clean and bed comfy.”

“Have stayed here before and had good experiences but this time was pretty terrible. The bathroom was dirty, there was a fake nail on the carpet, and there was this loud intermittent vibrating/humming noise ALL night and day. We asked the housekeeper to service our room on the 2nd day since no one did on our first morning but they still didn’t clean it. The breakfast was adequate but the warm food (eggs, sausage, etc) was always just a little too cold to enjoy.”

“Very comfortable and clean room. We slept well, the beds were comfortable, and the temperature in the room was easy to control. Our check-in was seamless. I wanted more places to hang towels and washcloths, but the bathroom was clean and the shower had good pressure. We will stay here again if we are in the area.”
