“Local residents told me sometime ago this apartment complex was referred to as the prison hotel. One can still notice why. But now it’s under a new management, and for the hotel rooms you can see the rebranding: wifi is 400 kbps, bathroom renovated, clean beds, new quiet AC units. Plenty of parking spaces. Security (cameras everywhere and guard on duty 24/7). Pet friendly. And at some point you realize that barbed wire and high fence is not for keeping you in but for keeping “them” out! :) ”

“Breakfast was super. The cleaning staff is one of the best Becky, LuLu and Theresa.The hosts at the counter were extremely friendly and fun to talk with especially Candace. Plan on returning and staying there again soon. ”

“Nice BW+. Clean through out including pool and BBQ area. Great North Phoenix area, easy access to freeways going in all directions. Great eating options, but most are not within a 10 min. walk. No coffee maker in rooms w/o kitchen. Coffee is available in the lobby 24 hr. day.”
