"The rooms are very clean but the bed is hard. All of the staff in the food service area and bar are amazing. The lady who makes the omelets and waffles is friendly and makes a great omelet. The main issue I had was there were unsupervised children running everywhere and no one said anything. They were playing on the elevator and throwing things over the ledge at people on the bottom floor. I said something to the staff at the desk but I don’t think they cared. I definitely think there should be standards about how many people fit in a room. On a positive the hospitality hour is very nice and again the wait staff is amazing. We ordered wings and they were delicious. It’s a very nice hotel just needs to control the environment."
