“After a long drive we discover Upon check-in there were NO bathrooms in lobby. And, no luggage racks. My husband is disabled and we were told we had to stay on the second floor because we booked thru Expedia!?!? No elevator; only stairs. I asked if I could get help and she said no. So I had to drag our stuff up stairs. The ac compressor is going out so it screamed all night. When we wanted coffee this morning we were told it would take 45 minutes!! NEVER AGAIN will we stay here”

“The room was terribly filthy. We couldn't stay but one night of the 3 we had booked. The property looks more like a homeless take over, than a motel. The staff didn't want to refund us for the other 2 nights we didn't spend there. Expedia agents tried to help but they couldn't solve the problem neither for us nor for our daughter and her husband whom had another room in the same place. I really need to press for a refund. We were charged $231 per night, which is overpriced in those conditions”
