"As a family this is one of the worst experiences we've ever had, the management is not focused on customers but rather saving a penny. It shows in the facilities upkeep and maintenance, backdoor to hotel was never secure (no key card required) which was worrisome considering our small children. We stayed three nights and we rented two rooms due to size of our family, we had bed covers with holes in them. Our key cards had to be reprogrammed over 4 times for both rooms. My wife's room had a 1/4 inch gap at locking edge; door frame was failing, door did not seal for sound or fire rating. We originally had two first floor rooms but had to switch one for the second floor due to non working television. Making it harder to keep our children together and safe. The cable television kept freezing, channels kept changing on their own. Breakfast is the same everyday we had spoiled milk our second day, no variety in choices. Gyms main machine was out of service, not good considering small size of space and options for exercising, Pool water was slimy and full of hair. On our last day my daughter was bringing breakfast to the room and was stopped by receptionist as she claimed that food was not allowed in the rooms. My wife went to clear up the situation and management followed up with personal attacks stating we needed to take better care of our kids, the manager walked off after personal attacks. As we looked to speak to manager at checkout she refused to show her face. "

"Very nice hotel. Quiet location . A gew steps away from 2 restaurants. Close enough to Downtown Napa. Hotel smells good even in elevator and lobby. Breakfast is okay."

"Towels felt strange and plasticy, first time to have polyester hotel towels. Otherwise, great one night stay. Very quiet area, everything was clean, the shower was strong, front desk was nice, and breakfast was simple but good (eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, breads, toaster, fruits, juice, coffee, tea)."

"Room cleaning was the worse I have ever experienced in my life. They didn’t even do the room service properly even once. Truly disappointing experience. Will never go back to that place. "
