“The staff and service was incredible. They were so attentive to detail. They made our girls trip so memorable. They even sent us a printed picture that was taken on our arrival. They sent a heating pad when my sister was sick. The breakfast spread was one of the best buffets I’ve ever eaten at. The pool looked amazing, unfortunately could not use due to chlorine levels. But regardless this property is a must stay! Can not recommend this place enough”

“The room was not clean, it had dirty & stained linen. Also, there was an issue with the usual cleaning of the room, I had requested my room to be cleaned at around 11.30 am, I went out of the hotel and got back at 5 pm and it was still not cleaned. When I asked, I was told that there were not enough staff. There was no shower gel in the room thoughtout the 2 nights I stayed, even after repeated requests/complaints. Had a bad experience overall.”

“We took the premium cottage which was really big clean and bright. Vagator is pretty quiet compared to the other beaches close by, the location or the hotel is good but you’ll need a scooter if you wanna visit the area. The hotel rent scooter for 500₹ all included, they are in a very good shape. The staff was nice and helpful. The only negative thing I could say is that the bathroom towels should be changed because they were stained and not white anymore. Despite of this I totally recommend……
