"I being a Contractor/Carpenter right away was attracted to the woodwork in this rental when I viewed this rental online. I was even more appreciative when I arrived and saw it in person. To my amazement the Martels, Alain and Regina gave us a heartwarming greeting with pupu's. I found that Alain was also a master carpenter and we were like two peas in a pod. "Great place to stay!! Away from the hustle and bustle of the Vaitape Area and you get the pleasure of a scenic drive whenever you step out. Ample Parking, wifi, and a view of the lagoon!!"

"Nice and quiet and private but an easy stroll to town. The only downside was being rushed out. The manager arrived at 915 the day if department and reminded us we had to be out at 10. She then waited outside unril we left. The cleaner showed up at 945 and sat outside. Irritating for no benefit."

"I liked the location because it was far from town the only had part about the whole stay was finding it initially. The google maps location use Vaitaitai Lodge and it will come right up. With IOs and google maps anything else would not find it or mislocated it on the south side of the island."

We booked her property within 48 hours of checking in, and although Expedia forgot to notify her of the reservation, I called her, she accomodated me without hesitation and was extremely friendly and welcoming. " the house smelled like sewer. They need to do something about it. I owned a construction business and I can tell they have problems with the sewer. The smell was bad in the bathroom and in the laundry room. I kept most doors open to try and get rid of the smell. Do not allow any more rental until it is fixed. but the house was cute and an excellent views."
