It is quite spacious, especially for the area.There are 2 flights of stairs, not just one as indicated by "Second floor" in the listing. “The unit is simple, quaint, & super practical for a stay in Hoboken. We stayed for 3 days to visit our daughter for her birthday. NYC is a 25 min bus or train ride. We used Uber to American Dream. Unit was clean, & AJ is super responsive. We plan to stay again! ”

“We loved this apartment. It was a little bit of a walk from the main road (Hudson after getting off the path train), but very doable. Area is very walkable. Bed was very comfortable,But pullout was not. Loved that we could do a load of laundry before heading home. ”

“Loved our stay at this Brooklyn location. Nice, new property. Fairly short walk to the subway and easy to get to Manhattan. Walkable neighborhood with lots of different shops. ”

“Mostly high marks.We were missing wardrobe hooks for few days. CO detector made high frequency tones for two days, immediately when I wrote remark to the property manager, some guy came and remove completely detector.”
