"Room 217: closet door doesn’t stay shut, shower/tub doesn’t drain, beds are little worn and the sofa bed hurt my teens back so she slept w me, there’s a fridge but no microwave even though it’s listed on the post. The pros: very spacious room, clean, plenty of towels and pillows, tv was big and had a clear pic, the ambiance lighting was nice and the AC was AMAZING! We didn’t get to use the pool even though that was part of why I booked this place. We checked in at 6:30pm and the pool closed at 8pm but we still hadn’t eaten dinner so it was closed by the time we got back. Kinda early closing hours I think. The buffet breakfast they list on their posts is not what I consider a buffet. It has your typical: danishes, bagels, yogurt, cereal and fruit and a waffle maker, the only extras they had were biscuits, small slices of ham and eggs folded w cheese in between like a taco. The food was decent though. Staff at check in and check out were both very nice and the property was clean both inside and out. "

"Hotel is very clean and air conditioner works very will. Staff is very nice but didn't explain that the WiFi password is on the key and TV works but you have to select streaming only for it to work, which is great. I'm just explaining because I read a review that said the TV didn't work. There is construction going on right in the entrance of the hotel which is very dangerous getting in and out of the hotel. Had I Known this before,I would have booked a different hotel because of I was worried about getting in and out of the hotel. I will book this hotel again,, after the construction is completed."

"Bella Vista isn't just a place to stay—it’s the true Broken Bow experience.My fiancé and I were blown away from start to finish. The scenic drive up is stunning, and arriving at a spotless cabin with jaw-dropping views was the icing on the cake. It has everything you need to completely disconnect, cook great meals together, and recharge. The host was incredibly kind and accessible, making the trip entirely stress-free. We’re already dreaming about our next stay here in the winter!Thank yall!"

"This is a beautiful house in a beautiful wooded setting. Very peaceful with plenty of things to keep everyone occupied. We had a large group of 12 adults and 12 kids. The kids took full advantage of the game room and we all enjoyed the pickleball court and then cooling off in the pool. We prepared all of our meals in the kitchen and had plenty of room in the commercial size refrigerator/freezer plus the refrigerator in the game room. I can't say enough about how responsive, friendly and helpful the host was in replying back to all our questions not only from messaging through VRBO but the phone calls as well. I definitely recommend this house for vacation rental."
