"We had a great stay here. Home was nice and had alot of fun with the ping pong table and hot tub. There was a throw blanket on the top bunk that had pee on it, but was easy to wash. Clean over all, nice size yard and shower."

Courtney has done a fabulous job of creating a cozy retreat that has everything we needed including a kitchenette, washer/dryer, and a comfortable bed. "The property was clean, comfortable, and very well appointed, on a nice wooded hillside with a river view. We appreciated the kind welcome from our hosts and made good use of the wood fired stove and laundry. Our kids appreciated having some games to play, and we liked exploring the national forest nearby."

"The home is charming, clean, and peaceful, with a deck overlooking a beautiful back yard. It is close to downtown but in a quiet, safe neighborhood and set back a bit from the street. Very roomy. The kitchen is great, and it was nice to have bottled water on arrival! We were in the area for a soccer tournament and it was an ideal jumping off point for the various venues we had to attend. "

"The beds were very comfortable and it housed our large group of 11 very comfortably. "

"Cleaning and maintenance was poor. Shower curtain with mold, other bath with shower door hard to move and guide roller fell off. Carpet needs replaced in master. Outside living space was filthy.! Disappointed and wouldn’t rent again."
